  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (only the courier cover can be removed).
  • Customers must contact us before sending a return and provide proof, such as photos of damaged or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing Time

Exchanges
