Returns
- All products can be returned except for custom-made items.
- Customers must request a return within 3 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (only the courier cover can be removed).
- Customers must contact us before sending a return and provide proof, such as photos of damaged or incorrect items.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds & Processing Time

Exchanges
